Fortune Yu Sheng with Norwegian smoked salmon, Braised Bird's Nest with shredded chicken & fish maw in pumpkin chicken broth, Sauteed Scallop with lily bulbs, purple potato & brown fungus, Chilled Guava Sago Cream are just some of the many dishes that diners can look forward to.

The Line offers nothing less than a sumptuous buffet dinner with Chinese New Year dishes from Shanghainese, Cantonese, Szechuan, and Singaporean cuisines. Highlights include Shanghai Braised Pork Trotter, Szechuan Mala Fish, Imperial Seafood Porridge, Nyonya Curry Chicken, and Chili Crayfish. Ideal for big group celebrations, guests can definitely find something they like on the buffet spread.
THE LOBBY LOUNGE
A Peranakan Lunar New Year at The Lobby Lounge, Shangri-La Singapore

For a Lunar New Year feast filled with Peranakan delights, The Lobby Lounge would be the place to go to. Its heritage lunch buffet features Nyonya classics such as Ayam Buah Keluak, Babi Pongtay, Itek Sioh, Chap Chye, as well as premium versions of festive favourites including Prosperity Popiah with Crab & Tiger Prawn, Fortune Kueh Pie Tee with Scallop & Crab, and Crispy Suckling Pig on a rotating menu. The Bakwan Kepiting made me want to go for more servings. Only one word for those minced pork balls with crab meat served in pork and chicken broth: Delicious!
