Alley On 25 @ Andaz Singapore Hotel ~ A Look At All Its Dining Concepts Have To Offer!



Many of us were not aware that Andaz Singapore Hotel is already opened until we heard about Alley On 25, its all-day dining venue with a bar, a lounge and 5 different dining concepts! Haha, we're undeniably foodies first and foremost!

A luxury lifestyle hotel brand by Hyatt, the property sits on level 25 to 39 of the DUO Tower, and is surrounded by the historic Kampong Glam and iconic Marina Bay area. Its location is also very convenient to get to, being directly connected to Bugis MRT Station (EW12/DT14).

Boasting of 342 guestrooms and suites, four event venues and F&B outlets with stunning view of the city, visitors can can enjoy the hotel, have a swim in the infinity pool, work out in the 24-hour fitness centre, have a drink in the rooftop bar or experience street dining in the sky. Omg I want a staycation here lol!

CHAR Restaurant @ Jalan Besar - Fantastic Char Siew, Roasted Delights & New Dishes On The Menu!



If you have no time to read this post, here's the summary: CHAR is totally char-ged with deliciousness!

Since opening in 2014, CHAR Restaurant has been steadily building up a reputation for serving up one of the best char siew or Chinese-style barbecued pork in Singapore. Though it has been quite a while since I last visited CHAR's former premises at Guillemard Road, the ambrosial taste and lovely tenderness of their pork belly char siew remains unforgettable in my heart.

The recent trip to CHAR's current location along Jalan Besar rekindled that lingering feeling all over again.

Wolfgang's Steakhouse @ Intercontinental Singapore Robertson Quay Hotel ~ Famed NYC Steakhouse Serves Excellent Steaks!



Internationally-renowned Wolfgang's Steakhouse from New York City has finally arrived in Singapore after a string of openings across some of Asia's most vibrant cities including Beijing, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Seoul!

Being steak lovers, we are naturally delighted to see the opening of Wolfgang's Steakhouse on our local shores. To avoid any confusion, I must first share that the restaurant and bar is located at Intercontinental Singapore Robertson Quay hotel (not the one at Bugis), and in no way related to CUT by Wolfgang Puck at MBS.

Wolfgang’s Steakhouse is a family-run restaurant founded by father-son team, Wolfgang and Peter Zwiener, more than 13-years ago. Wolfgang had worked decades of his life in Brooklyn's legendary Peter Luger steakhouse, and eventually open his own restaurant using his expertise to provide diners a steak dining experience centered around quality ingredients, traditional cooking techniques and high service standards.

Pince & Pints Restaurant And Bar, New Outlet At Katong ~ Lobster Roll, Lobster Noodles, Chili Lobster And More!



It's "everything lobster" at Pince & Pints Restaurant and Bar!

After first opening its doors at Singapore's Duxton Road in 2014, and following an outpost in Malaysia's Kuala Lumpur, the homegrown lobster establishment has just launched a franchise outlet at the charming neighborhood of Katong a few weeks ago.

Our appetite for the crustacean quickly guided our way over. We looked forward to an array of lobster dishes, and were told that live wild-caught lobsters are air-flown direct weekly from the Atlantic Coast. These are stored in the restaurant's state-of-the-art tank facility till preparation for consumption. I'm impressed! How much fresher can it get?
