For the very first time, the Chef's Table will be open for Private Brunch Affair at any time and any day in December. We love the cozy home-style dining space completed with a fully-equipped kitchen which allows for great chef-guest interactions. Menu highlights includes Foie Gras Strawberry Mousse Custard with Crouton of Gingerbread & Port Wine, Boston Lobsters, Jerusalem Artichoke Soup, Orzo Risotto with Mushrooms & Pumpkin. This venue is certainly ideal for an intimate yet extravagant brunch gathering for family and friends.

Once Upon a Christmas Brunch @ Grand Ballroom Foyer

This year's festivity is set to transport guests to the promised land of sumptuous Yuletide goodies! The Capella Baked Christmas Turkey, Orange-marinated Boston Lobster with Pumpkin Purée and Yuzu Caviar, and gluten-free Vanilla-Greek Yogurt Log Cake with Lemon Verbena Curd are not to be missed. Not only is there an indulgent buffet spread awaiting, there are also kids-friendly activities including magic show, balloon sculpting and Gingerbread decorations to delight the little ones.

The Knolls

The Knolls with its scenic backdrop of cascading pools and stunning South China Sea tops my list as the most lovely dining place within the resort. Its festive offerings such as Foie Gras Terrine with Gingerbread Crumbles & Sautéed Vanilla Pear, Lamb Noisette with Herbs Crust, Cauliflower Dentelles, and Jerusalem Artichoke flavoured with Juniper is a gastronomic treat worth looking forward to.
