Beauty In The Pot 美滋锅 @ OneKM ~ Hotpot Restaurant With Pink Princess Theme!

A PINK restaurant??? PinkyPiggu never imagine a pink princessy-theme would materialize for a hotpot joint but it did!

After two successful outlets at OneKm (#02-21) and The Centrepoint (#05-15/16), Paradise Group's Beauty In The Pot 美滋锅 has opened its newest, largest, and pink branch at level 3 of OneKM (#03-38) earlier this month!

Well, you read it right. That's two outlets at the same mall to cater to the overwhelming demand especially during dinner time. We do love our hotpot with collagen broth, don't we ;)

Even though I live in a pink house, have countless pink stuff. and enjoyed a fair amount of pink food, a pink hotpot restaurant still got this pink lover very excited.

Inspired by the beautiful cherry blossoms in early spring, the entire space is decked in various shades of pink right from the entrance to main dining halls and private rooms! It's certainly very different from the other two outlets.

There are even male models giving out pink roses during the opening special (till 13th February 2018)!

When at Beauty In The Pot, we will always go for their Signature Beauty Collagen Broth, which is essentially shark's cartilage soup.

Requiring more than 6 hours of daily preparation, the soup is flavorsome and naturally creamy, and boasts of nutrient-rich, creamy collagen goodness.

Always lip-smacking good whenever we have it.

This latest outlet serves a total of six soup bases.

Beside the Signature Beauty Collagen Broth (shark's cartilage soup), there are also the Signature Spicy Nourishing Soup (pork bone soup), Herbal Drunken Chicken Broth, Cooling Coconut Broth, Longevity Wine Pine Mushroom Broth (vegetarian), and Vitamin C Tomato Sweet Corn Broth.

The price of a single pot starts from $14; a quart pot starts from $5 each.

To go with the soup bases, a variety of fresh ingredients is offered, ranging from meat and seafood to vegetables and noodles.

All the meatballs, meat paste, and dumplings are handmade.

There are also more than 20 condiments and sauces to dip the ingredients in.

The Signature Homemade Fish Tofu ($2/pc) came highly recommended. Made of yellowtail fish, soya bean and egg white, the tofu is shaped like a fish, and has a smooth and delicate texture.

I would suggest to order the Ebiko Prawn Paste ($18.80) which is shaped out of 10% prawn meat, and added with ebiko for extra crunch.

Fried Beancurd Skin
($4.90/$9.80) and Fried Fish Skin ($5.40/$10.80) are must-haves for soaking up the delicious broth. Best with the spicy soup!

My favorites are meats such as Sliced Pork Belly ($7.50/$15), and US Wagyu Beef ($24.50/$49). The fatter the better lol!

Seafood options include Fresh White Sea Prawns ($11.50/23), Hokkaido Fresh Scallops ($12/$24), Alaskan Crab Stick ($6.90/$13.80), Sliced Taman Fish ($9/$18), and Live Crabs ($26.80 per crab, 300-500g). just to name a few.

Beauty In The Pot delighted us once again with its flavorsome soup bases, and freshness of its ingredients.

While the service level is good but yet to be the best, overall it is still one of my favorite hotpot places in Singapore.

This is one beauty which is blooming deliciously and prettily in pink <3
