This gastronomical festival features outstanding local culinary stars and bring together renowned Italian restaurants and F&B establishments from across the island, all set to satisfy gourmand's curiosity and palates through an exciting line-up of Italian dinners, soiree and workshops.
If you enjoy cooking and love Italian cuisine, it's time to be inspired by the Flavors of Italy Culinary Workshops! Eight of Singapore's leading Italian Chefs will be sharing their expertise for preparing Italian dishes that can be easily prepared at home. There will be four demonstrations per day, each lasting an hour and will take place on 21-22 September. It's the perfect opportunity to learn from the masters, including Chef Gabriele Piegaia of Burlamacca Ristorante.
Chef Gabriele Piegaia started out at Michelin-star kitchens in Italy before arriving in Singapore in 2001. His previous appointments were at Senso Ristorante, Hotel Michael and as Executive Chef at Alkaff Mansion Restaurant before deciding to strike out on his own. The Tuscan-born chef now shares his native tradition and food as Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Burlamacco Ristorante.
Thanks to the organizers of Gusto Italiano, PinkyPiggu is giving two blessed readers a pair of passes each to the culinary workshop held by Chef Gabriele Piegaia of Burlamacco Ristorante! The passes are worth $50++ per pair but you might just get it for FREE!
